Do you ship internationally?

We can only ship to Singapore addresses.

How do I return my order?

Goods must be checked and shall be deemed accepted if no errors / discrepancies are raised immediate upon delivery. Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

What payment options are there?

Currently all orders are paid via cash on delivery, although we're working on an option for Paypal soon.

How do I check the status of my order?

Login to your account here. You can view the status of your orders in your profile. Click on an order to see details.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Click on Login / Sign up at the Shop page, and click on the 'Forgot?' link in the module that appears. Follow the steps.
